Transport Planned Around the Programme

Every service below is the same product underneath: vehicles and drivers booked leg by leg. What changes is the timing pressure. Select a programme type for what its organiser needs to send.

Corporate, sports and schools

Corporate events run on session times: hotel to venue in the morning, venue to dinner at night, executive cars for speakers in between. Teams travel with kit and need a set-down near the ground; for the 2026 All-Ireland finals there was none near Croke Park. School trips need a belt or restraint for every child, and a driver on a child-only service needs Garda vetting.

Weddings, golf and day tours

Weddings turn on the late run from the reception, and that driver still needs daily rest before any next-morning job. Golf trips are sized by club bags as much as by golfers; the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor, 17 to 19 September, is worth planning around early. Day tours are paced by the 45-minute break due after 4.5 hours of driving.

Pilgrimages and accessible travel

Knock is busiest during the Novena, 14 to 22 August, and Reek Sunday on Croagh Patrick falls on 25 July 2027. For a passenger who uses a wheelchair, send the chair type and whether they transfer to a seat.

Are guides or event tickets included?

No. The booking covers vehicles and drivers only.
