Group Transfers Between Airports, Hotels and Venues
Delegates landing at Dublin, a board dinner across town, a touring party heading west from Shannon: we book the vehicles and drivers for each movement through licensed, insured operators, and one written quote covers every leg.
Send the schedule, not a summary
Transfers go wrong at the joins: a flight lands early, a hotel sits behind a bus gate, a venue has nowhere for a coach to wait. List each leg with its time, headcount, pickup and drop-off address and the bags travelling with it. Add flight numbers for arrivals and the finish time of any session the group is leaving.
We are a booking service. The operator supplies the vehicle and employs the driver; we match your schedule to an operator with the right classes free, send the quote, confirm the booking and relay changes both ways.

Airport kerbs have rules
Each of the five main airports handles groups differently, and the meeting point belongs in your joining instructions. At Dublin, private-hire coaches collect only from the Zone 16 coach park, though any coach may set down on the Terminal 2 departures road. Cork asks minibuses and coaches to use Bus Bays C and D at the front of the terminal. Shannon keeps them in its coach parks, Kerry has a bus terminus outside the door, and Knock allows no waiting in the drop-off zone.
Hotel, venue and back again in Dublin
The Convention Centre Dublin at Spencer Dock, the RDS in Ballsbridge and Citywest each sit in a different part of the city, so a shuttle programme between them needs realistic loop times. On-street coach bays are for parking, not boarding; passengers get on and off at signed coach stops. The Bachelors Walk and Aston Quay bus gates shut the central quays to through traffic from 07:00 to 19:00, while College Green's bus gate is enforced 24 hours a day. Between runs, a coach can lay over at the NTA Docklands Coach Park off North Wall Quay.
Executive cars and coaches on one plan
Corporate movements usually mix classes. An executive car takes one to three passengers, such as a keynote speaker or a client. An executive van suits a small party, a minibus 16 to 19, a midi-coach 29 to 35 and a full-size coach 49 to 81. Booking them together keeps the timings in step.
Driver hours set the shape of the day
EU rules cap daily driving at 9 hours, extendable to 10 twice a week, with a 45-minute break after 4.5 hours at the wheel. A late landing followed by the run from Dublin Airport to Letterkenny, about 3 hours, uses that up quickly. So does a gala dinner that ends late when the same driver has an early airport run: daily rest is at least 11 hours, reducible to 9 only three times between weekly rests. The quote shows any second driver or extra vehicle this requires.
What the quote commits to
Each leg is set out with its vehicle class, times, route and waiting time, plus tolls such as the M50 between Junctions 6 and 7. The operator's cancellation terms are written on it. There is no price list: every schedule is priced as it stands, and nothing is charged until you accept.
Questions
Who is our contact after confirmation?
We are, for times, pickup points and headcounts. On the road, the driver answers to the operator on safety, route and working hours.
Can a movement start outside the listed cities?
Yes. The 16 city pages cover the main arrival and conference points, but a start anywhere in the Republic can be quoted.
Do you sell seats on shared shuttles?
No. Every vehicle booked is private to your group.
