Match the Vehicle Class to the Leg
Pick the class leg by leg, not once for the whole programme. Every vehicle comes with its driver from a licensed, insured operator. Select a class for its specifications.
Luggage decides airport legs
On an arrival, the hold fills before the seats. A full-size coach has underfloor bays, around 12 cubic metres on a 13 m touring model; a minibus has a rear compartment nearer 2 cubic metres, which a full load of suitcases will outgrow. An executive saloon boot holds about 540 litres. If the bags do not fit, move up a class or add a second vehicle.

Size against the street
A full-size coach runs 12 to 14 m long. A midi-coach, at around 10.5 m, copes better with town centres and narrow rural roads. Where a venue has little set-down space, two smaller vehicles can clear the kerb faster than one large one.
For guests who travel apart
Executive cars carry one to three passengers and executive vans a small party, each as a licensed hackney or limousine. Accessible minibuses take 10 to 16 seated passengers plus wheelchair spaces, with limited room for bags.
Questions
Can I name the exact model?
You book a class. The operator assigns a vehicle from that class, and the quote names the class.
Does the class affect the driver licence?
Yes. Minibuses of up to 16 passengers and 8 m need a category D1 licence; larger minibuses and coaches need category D. The operator handles this.
Are seat belts compulsory?
Passengers aged 3 or over must wear a belt wherever one is fitted.
